【仕事内容】

テレマティクスプロジェクトマネージメントチームでは、プロジェクトマネージャーが　プロジェクトの成果(QCT)の全体的な責任を負います。
プロジェクトの管理において、プロジェクトのパフォーマンス目標(顧客満足度、製品、品質、コスト、収益性、納期、スケジュール)を確認します。プロジェクトまたはシステムの調整を確実に行い、ヴァレオとお客様の期待に沿ったすべてのプロジェクトの立ち上げを実現します。
割り当てられたプロジェクトを運用上および機能的に管理する。
-OEM / OESプロジェクト(コンポーネント、既知のテクノロジーコンポ
ーネントを備えたシステム)を管理する
-収益性の観点からプロジェクトKPIの達成に責任があります(製品/開発
と開発活動の回収と拡張マージンの両方)
-品質と生産の準備
-プロジェクトリソースを確保し、それらを制御します　
-関連する高度な/プラットフォーム開発アクターを推進する
-プロジェクトエスカレーションに対してすべての適切な機能のサポート　
　を要求してすべてのプロジェクトの問題を解決します。
-プロジェクトチームメンバーの活動を確認および検証し、
　マイルストーンを達成するためのタイミングシナリオを提案する
-顧客の注文(RFI、RFQ、変更要求)を取得するためのコンセプトコンペを
　実施します。予算の定義と管理
-プロジェクトの範囲を定義する
-関連する委員会の意思決定プロセスに対応するためプロジェクトチーム
　の準備に取り掛かる。
-ビジネスケースと投資計画(プロジェクト/システムレベル)を準備、
　提出しプロジェクトのテクニカルプロジェクトマネージャーまたはロ
　ーンチマネージャーと協議します
-すべてのプロジェクト変更(内部および顧客)を管理し、チームを通じて
　調整します。
-コストに設計の方法論を適用している
-適切なレベルで、適切なスピード/予測でギャップと目標をエスカレー
　ションします。
-評価をリードし、チームメンバーの育成
-すべてのプロジェクトチームメンバーの機能的責任、プロジェクト目標
　の設定。
プロジェクト開発の進捗状況に関する顧客とのコミュニケーションを管理する。
‐プロジェクトの進捗状況をクライアントに最新の状態に保つ
‐成果物の内容をクライアントと調整し、プロジェクトチームを
　管理する
‐クライアントとの技術的な議論を管理する
‐必要に応じて、問題をタイムリーに解決するために所有権を取得する
‐プロジェクト開発に関するレポートの作成/検証 必要に応じて、管理
　とすべてのガバナンス段階の進捗状況 顧客関係(ローカルおよび中央)
　を管理し、コミュニケーションを調整する
‐確実にシステム/プロジェクトチーム内でヴァレオの価値、文化、基準
　(製品、方法論、ツール)を促進し、そのアプリケーションを
　管理する。
- エスカレーションの管理

【必須条件】
・日本語ビジネスレベル（会議をオーガナイズできることが目安）
・英語ビジネスレベル
・ソフトウェア、コンピューターサイエンス系の学位
・組み込みシステム開発（製品不問）、スマホ関係のシステム開発のPMの経験者（3年以上）

【歓迎条件】
・自動車テレマティクス製品開発PM経験
・マネジメントやファイナンスの知識や経験
・自動車業界経験者

テレマティックス専用でプロジェクトを作っているメーカーですので、海外拠点ではなく日本が主導権を持って業務が出来ます。
従いまして、日本のＯＥＭの要望を入れ込んだ開発が可能な為、今後日本国内での受注拡大が期待できます。

・年収：1200万円（基本給＋固定賞与）　※スキル・経験による（応相談）
・チーム構成：10名前後

Manage operationally and functionally the Projects he/she is assigned to

• Manage OEM/OES Projects (Component, System with known technology components, …)

• Is responsible for the achievement of the Project KPI in terms of profitability (both product/development vs Development Activity Payback  and Extended Margin), Quality and Production Preparation

• Secure Project resources and control them

• Drive the associated advanced / platform development actors

• Solve all project issues requiring any type of support of all suitable functions via the Project Escalation

• Check and validate Project Team Members’ activities and proposes timing scenario to achieve milestones

• Could conduct concept competitions to obtain customer orders (RFI, RFQ, Change Request)

• Define and manage the budgets

• Define the scope of projects

• Prepare decision making process for relevant committee and challenge the project team readiness

• Prepare and submit business cases and investment plans (Project/System level) and challenge the Technical Project Managers or Launch Managers of the Projects

• Manage all project changes (internal and customer) and coordinates through his team

• Is applying Design to Cost methodology

• Escalate at the right level and with relevant speed/anticipation the gaps versus targets

• Lead appraisals and development of team members 

• Is functionally responsible of all project team members, set project objectives, ensure appraisal

Manage communication with Customers on Project development progress 

• Keep client(s) updated on Project progress

• Align the deliverables contents with the client and manage the project team

• Manage technical discussions with the client

• Take ownership to resolve problems in a timely manner when required

• Prepare/validate reports on Project development progress the Management and to all Governance stages when required

• Manage customer relationship (local and central) and coordinate communication

• Ensure management of Escalation if any

• Ensure Project (System or not) development in compliance with Valeo standards
