About This Opportunity:
Ericsson is seeking an accomplished Technical Authority Expert to join our Managed Services division, supporting the Ericsson Operations Engine initiative. In this pivotal role, you will leverage specialized domain expertise across the complete project lifecycle-from Create through Sustain to Evolve phases. You will serve as a strategic technical resource, driving innovation and operational excellence across our technology-driven transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize automation-based solutions with comprehensive troubleshooting and resolution capabilities
Lead recovery process improvements and implement best practices for service restoration
Provide advanced technical guidance to domain support and automated operations teams
Collaborate with automation and analytics teams to apply specialized domain knowledge and drive insights
Establish and refine automated Service Delivery methodologies to enhance operational efficiency
Monitor trends and performance patterns to anticipate service disruptions and enable proactive remediation
