About this opportunity:
Join Ericsson as a Domain Support Specialist and play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our Core Network services. In this position, you will serve as a technical escalation point for Core-related issues, diagnosing and resolving incidents while supporting preventive maintenance, service change assessments, and problem management activities.
What you will do:
- Act as technical escalation point for Core services.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents.
- Support preventive maintenance activities.
- Perform impact assessments for service changes.
- Participate in problem management initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-domain teams.
- Support service automation efforts.
The skills you bring:
- Experience in Core Network operations.
- Knowledge of EPC, IMS, and 5GC technologies.
- Incident and problem management experience.
- OSS operational tools knowledge.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Education: Bachelor degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
