The Engineering department is looking for a Documentation Engineer in Monza site (Regular Contract)
Who you are
You are organized; you can prioritize the essentials and see the whole picture. Since you will be working with a remote team, you have good communication and networking skills, and great cross-cultural awareness. You own a strong mindset and enjoy working with R&D.

What about the job
In your role you will:
- Prepare and maintain the technical documentation package and ensure compliance, training and alignment.
- Quality control of all documentation to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
- Make sure that the turnover package is according to the GMP/GDP.
- Expedite factories and other stakeholders to supply documentation.
- Collaborate with Design/Automation/Electrical Engineers, Project Managers and supply team on daily basis.
- Cooperate with customers regarding to the turnover package requirements and deliverables.
What you know
- Strong technical background (engineer will be an asset)
- Good English Level
- Team Working
- Mechanical Degree or Mechanical Bachelor
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft ® Windows environments and Office package (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams).
