This is a remote position.

iScale Solutions is currently looking for a Docker Engineer (Hybrid set-up). You will be working on some challenging projects for EU & US start-ups using the latest technologies and agile software development practices.

We work with well funded startups and established companies to develop innovative, scalable and robust web
applications. In this role, you will be part of the Engineering team, working with other Developers, QA and DevOps
engineers, to help execute projects and make sure things are done well, on time. You will have a significant impact in

  • Design the containerization technologies, monitor and build scalable complex applications for users

  • Responsible for integrating and defining containerization technologies

  • Build, scale and monitor highly scalable applications

  • Create and enhance our application & CI/CD pipelines

  • Keep up to date with the latest trending technologies

  • Design the architecture and product roadmap



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent experience

  • With more than 3 years of experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Cloud deployment technologies

  • Experience in managing CI/CD pipelines

  • Experience in designing auto-scaling system for Kubernetes Nodes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven fluency in

    English

  • Experience in maintaining .NET Apps to migrate them off windows server

  • Knowledge of various programming languages such as BASH, Perl, Python,

    PHP, Shell, etc.

  • Experience with provisioning and managing Virtual Machines
