Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in sales management, channel sales, or distributor management, preferably within the industrial equipment, mining, or cement industries.
* Proven track record of successfully building, managing, and growing a distributor network.
* Strong understanding of sales processes, channel management best practices, and distribution models.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in other regional languages is a plus.
