We are looking for a WH SME to be a part of team of experts within the warehouse operations, driving & leading WH EWM processes, process design, optimization, compliance, and knowledge leadership pertaining to the warehouse operations. Joining us means being a part of core operation teams who can manage developments & securing an effective understanding, implementation of defined processes, monitoring & controlling, reporting & escalation management related to Warehouse Operations.
Task furthermore includes, help to secure our company's compliance to ISO standards, set company standards (Ericsson Factory handbook) and our relentless efforts to improve the ways of operating, KPI management, performing/supporting on automation & digitalization matters.
Task furthermore includes,
- 1st line support to ground team for all the WH Ops related issues & concerns.
- Act as the expert for Warehouse Management Systems.
- Support system configuration, testing, and enhancements.
- Ensure correct usage of scanning, RF devices, automation tools.
- Detecting the faults, finding probable solutions & analyzing RCA.
- EWM process monitoring during warehouse operations.
- Lead automation projects in various warehouse processes.
- Close coordination with internal stakeholders in case any issues arise.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements (lean practices, automation)
- Optimize layout, slotting, and workflow for productivity
- Track KPIs (inventory accuracy, order cycle time, productivity, fill rate)
- Drive continuous improvement based on insights
- Ensure adherence to internal and external compliance standards
- Conduct audits (safety, inventory, process adherence)
- Train warehouse staff on processes, systems, and best practices
- Introducing best practices and industry benchmarks
- Reduce cost, improve productivity, and enhance quality
- Investigating operational issues (inventory mismatch, delays, damages)
What you will do
This role includes, but is not limited to:
- Be part of a team of experts on Warehouse Operations.
- EWM Process & compliance management expert.
- Support & secure EWM ways of working and processes related to the core tasks such as Inbound, outbound, imports, exports, claims, returns & reworks, kanban, Quality & Inventory etc.
- Develop & deploy improvements, simplifications, and digitalization efforts in the area of Warehouse operations & management.
- Be a part of warehouse operation team, supporting team/cross team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Perform internal assessments as a team lead.
- Work with procurement, transport, planning, and IT teams
- Align warehouse capabilities with business requirements
- Support new project launches or transitions
The Skills You will bring.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering/science. SAP certification will be an added advantage.
- Working experience: min 6 years of experience in warehouse management, Process & compliances, Commercial & taxation.
- A high level of integrity with character consistent with Ericsson core values of respect, professionalism, and perseverance, must be empathetic & willing to listen.

- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes & compliance management.
