Primary Job Accountabilities / Responsibilities
This position is accountable for
- Asset Disposition 80%
- Account Management 20%
• Discovering competitive domestic and foreign new buyers and managing existing buyers
• Standardize and upgrade Buyer On-boarding procedures
• Maintain buyer data and manage master sales agreement on boarding process
• Assist in regular bidding sales every month or proceed directly in some cases.
• Report monthly sales quantity and sales profit rate
• Weekly survey of purchase prices by competitor trade-in program device
• Maintain and update new model and price on the system
• Update buyer list status on the system
• Sales of High revenue channel device and exhibition phone device
• Download weekly inventory status report
• Report monthly sales quantity and sales profit rate
• Collate data from each function and generate KPI DP report
• Data analysis on client’s reception performance
• Assist to develop business proposals for new/exist client
• Accountable for relationship management and sales management which includes monthly settlement with clients and business partners
• Support to drive the sales and implementation process to introduce new products in Korea market
• Support to identify and pursue partnership opportunities to expand market presence
• Conduct market research for existing business and new business
Required Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

• Sound experience and well-rounded knowledge of the mobile market such as understanding product lifecycles and seasonal trends.
• 3 years plus experience with account management or client management [Knowledge and Skills]
• Strong attention to detail for internal/external submissions
• Excellent mediation capabilities will be key to managing internal and external relationships
• Detail-oriented personality capable of handling tasks such as data collection and consolidation of sales documentation.
• Strong sense of responsibility and expertise in assigned tasks.
• Excellent computer proficiency and ability to utilize digital tools effectively.
• Process improvement and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
• Experience in managing and operating used mobile phone purchase and sales processes.
• Proven ability to establish and manage end-to-end processes, including device evaluation, purchase price settlement, and customer support for used mobile phones.
• Knowledge and experience in the overall market landscape of used mobile phone distribution (wholesale and retail).
• Strong collaboration skills with related departments and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting.
