We are an integral part of Kantar working with marketing leadership and leveraging Kantar Intellectual Property and capabilities to land the practical implications and actionable recommendations for portfolio and brand growth.
We are experts on the following offers:
  • GrowthFinder: we identify new space for brands to grow and optimise clients’ portfolio and go to market strategy, finding incremental spaces based on a deep, commercialised understanding of where demand sits in markets and categories today and tomorrow.
  • Brand Strategy: we design the right growth trajectory for each brand, articulating its positioning, architecture, and core culturally relevant messaging.
  • Futures & Innovation: we help anticipate and plan for future through trend driven scenarios which shape the biggest innovation opportunities.
  • Organisational Performance: we design winning commercial operating models and embed behaviour change through capability programmes.
  • Valuation: we conduct bespoke brand valuation to capture the value of the brand(s) and define holistic ways to act upon their key growth drivers.

Join Kantar’s Consulting team as an Associate Director, where you’ll lead by example beyond project delivery. You’ll inspire and develop your team, take full ownership of client relationships, and identify opportunities for cross-sell and new business within existing engagements. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in shaping and enhancing our practice areas and solution offerings, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Role Requirements:

    Foster a culture of respect, growth, and celebration. Develop talent and retain high performers through inclusive leadership.

    Champion scalable solutions and thought leadership. Innovate practice areas to align with market trends and future needs.
  • Own Commercial Success
    Considered a partner and solution expert by clients. Understands the levers of profitability and has overall accountability for delivering project recoverability.
Role Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience working for or with a global brand in brand marketing or experience in growth/brand consulting or other relevant professional services is required.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful solutions and building strong relationships.
