Or, alternatively, Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and four (4) years of experience as a Director, Technology Management - Software Engineering (or closely related occupation) architecting and testing high‑frequency cognitive ecosystems with CI/CD pipelines across cross‑platform stacks in FinTech financial services.
Skills and Knowledge:
Candidate must also possess:
- Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) architecting a core cross-platform framework using diverse technology stacks to eliminate selector fragility in dynamic FinTech systems; and applying complex UI and algorithm calculations for reconciliation, fees, and tax transactions, to reduce maintenance overhead and development time while enabling self-healing automation scripts and ensuring execution stability in a rapid-release environment.
- DE engineering a high-performance Java and Spring Boot automation core framework utilizing cognitive listeners and thread-safe design patterns; and validating complex, non-linear state transitions across microservices to ensure data integrity in high-frequency trading (HFT) environments.
- DE testing processes for HFT by developing Java-based robots that validate various standard stock indicators in real-time; and developing automated back-testing frameworks to simulate algo trading scenarios and ensure entire algorithm under volatile real-time data conditions.
- DE designing high-concurrency CI/CD pipelines utilizing custom Java forking logic to execute parallelized automated penetration tests; and enforcing quality gates by identifying security vulnerabilities and code-coverage gaps in real-time, ensuring complete compliance with PII/SOC2 and PCI-DSS standards.
