Overview

As a Director of Talent Acquisition, you will be a key member of the Global People Leadership team to influence and execute our talent initiatives and to inspirate and motivate our EMEA talent acquisition team, while partnering closely with leadership to align recruitment strategy to the goals of our EMEA business. We’re looking for someone who is performance driven, forward thinking, natural relationship builder and is passionate about how hiring influences the success of a business.

Please note we're looking to hire in either our London or Den Haag offices. 

Responsibilities for this role are focused on the following:

  • Lead and Inspire: Motivate and develop a team of recruiters across regions, fostering collaboration, agility, and a culture of excellence.
  • Strategic Alignment: Partner with senior leadership to align TA strategies with business priorities, ensuring we anticipate future talent needs.
  • Build Capabilities: Elevate recruiter skills in business acumen, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive Innovation: Research and implement modern sourcing strategies, leveraging technology, analytics, and employer branding to attract diverse, high-quality talent.
  • Champion DEI: Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into every stage of the hiring process.
  • Data & Insights: Oversee reporting and analytics to forecast hiring trends, measure performance, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with People Ops, Total Rewards, Talent Management, and Communications to deliver a seamless candidate experience and amplify our talent brand

  • 3–5+ years in a TA leadership role managing recruiters and partnering with senior executives.
  • 10+ years of recruiting experience with a proven track record of meeting hiring goals while delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Strong ability to lead through influence, build trust quickly, and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Experience driving large-scale, business-critical initiatives with measurable impact.
  • Skilled in leveraging data and technology to optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global, matrixed environments.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-changing business landscape.
