Role

We’re looking for a Speciality Sales Account Executive to join our Data Security team. Reporting to the EMEA Regional Director  - Data Security you will contribute to driving sales and product adoption for the Data Protection portfolio, including DLP, CASB, and additional offerings. You will work alongside a global group of professionals to demonstrate the power and agility of cloud transformation to the world.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

  • Serving as the primary contact for customers, partners, and internal sales teams for data protection solutions in the Northern Europe region 
  • Collaborating with domain expert solution engineers to gather customer requirements, craft compelling value propositions, and close deals with primary account teams
  • Proactively drive quota attainment by implementing account-based strategies working together with the core sales team to expand the data protection portfolio
  • Delivering expert presentations to customers across all levels, from technical teams to CIOs, while positioning Zscaler’s offering against competitors
  • Supporting top-tier partner relationships for data protection solutions, ensuring collaborative success

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
  • 6+ years of full-cycle sales experience within software or security industries 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrable experience
  • Proven ability to engage with accounts and sell directly to C-Level stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel frequently, up to 60%, based on business needs
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with data loss prevention, securing SaaS platforms, or Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB)
  • Ability to build account plans and lead multi-phase, multi-partner sales strategies
  • Familiarity with channel-centric go-to-market partnerships and strategies

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and determined by role and level. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base salaries for this position across all Netherlands locations. Individual pay placement within this range is determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including job-related skills, relevant experience, and education or training. The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/bonus/equity (if applicable) and benefits.

€85.750€122.500 EUR
