Job Summary
The Director, Supply Chain & Logistics Reporting is the primary lead for all operational reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics across the Altice Supply Chain Organization. Reporting to the Vice President, Supply Chain & Logistics, the Director will be accountable for the growth and development of a small team of analytics professionals supporting a cross functional stakeholder community. This is a new position within the organization. Qualified candidates should be willing to both lead with strategic vision, as well as roll-up their sleeves and deliver results.
Responsibilities
• Develop & implement long-term strategy for Supply Chain & Logistics reporting & analytics team, including data aggregation & fidelity, operational reporting, and visualization processes
• Drive alignment and standardization of key performance indicators for both logistics and procurement organizations
• Work with stakeholders and business partners to analyze sales, fulfillment, and delivery trends to identify key areas of risk and/or opportunity
• Create operational dashboards & visualizations in support of supply chain operations and planning organizations
• Work closely with the enterprise business intelligence teams, integrating cross functional data and enterprise data environments, to develop metrics and insights that support our business goals and objectives
• Support finance and business operations with relevant ad-hoc analysis required in support of operational investment decisions
Qualifications
• 10+ years experience in business reporting/operational analytics function; including hands-on coding experience in Python, R, SAS, SQL or other data analytics tools
• Proven ability to create & implement strategic roadmap for data & analytics organizations
• Extensive experience in Supply Chain & Procurement data & analytics, KPIs, Operations, and reporting
• In Depth understanding of best practices for data storage, aggregation, validation, and retrieval
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and visual analytics platforms and dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, MicroStrategy)
• Ability to clearly present and communicate findings across all levels of the organization
• Passion for problem solving through data

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $141,372.00 - $175,000.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
