Provides administrative support to the Legal and Risk & Compliance teams, with primary responsibility for legal billing. Processes invoices, purchase orders, service entry sheets, accruals, invoice matching, and discrepancy resolution in SAP. Maintains audit-ready records, coordinates with Accounts Payable, vendors, outside counsel, and internal stakeholders, and supports general administration including scheduling, travel, expenses, document management, onboarding, and team events.

Manage the end-to-end SOX compliance program, including risk assessment, documentation, control testing, remediation, reporting, and audit coordination. Evaluate IT general controls and automated and manual business-process controls across systems such as SAP and ADP. Partner with IT and business stakeholders, train control owners, support system changes, improve process automation, and monitor evolving SOX, cybersecurity, and IT risk requirements.

Supports AI Cloud commercial operations and go-to-market execution, including customer engagement, opportunity evaluation, financial modeling, pricing, deal structuring, contract governance, pipeline management, forecasting, and executive reporting. Coordinates with engineering, operations, product, legal, finance, and project delivery teams to translate technical requirements into commercial outcomes and develop customer relationships and market intelligence.

Manages administrative operations for an on-site construction project, including daily progress reports, crew rosters, timesheets, document control, camp and travel coordination, meeting support, procurement, expense reconciliation, and personnel compliance tracking. Serves as the primary site-office contact for contractors, vendors, field teams, and head office while maintaining organized records and supporting payroll, onboarding, safety documentation, and project communications.

Leads commercial operations and go-to-market execution for AI Cloud services. Responsibilities include evaluating customer opportunities, developing financial models and pricing analyses, supporting deal structuring and contract governance, managing pipeline and forecasting processes, building customer and partner relationships, and preparing executive and board-level materials. The role coordinates closely with engineering, operations, product, legal, finance, and project delivery teams to align technical requirements with commercial outcomes.

Leads commercial operations and go-to-market execution for AI Cloud services. Responsibilities include evaluating customer opportunities, developing financial models and pricing analyses, structuring deals, managing contracts and pipelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, building customer and partner relationships, and presenting AI strategy, performance, risks, and recommendations to executive and board-level audiences.

Build, operate, and harden network security controls across data centers, WAN, cloud connections, and network edges. Manage firewalls, VPNs, segmentation, access policies, remote administration, BGP security, vulnerability remediation, and DDoS readiness. Monitor security events, investigate incidents, and lead network incident response. Automate policy deployment and compliance checks using Python or Go, maintain security tooling through Git and CI/CD, and support ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audits.

Own the network security architecture for data center fabrics, WAN, backbone, internet, peering, and facilities networks. Define segmentation, zero-trust, tenant isolation, routing security, edge protection, device hardening, and security-as-code standards. Build automation prototypes, secure AI and HPC environments, evaluate security vendors, model threats, support audits, and review major network changes. Mentor engineers and communicate security risks and trade-offs to technical and executive stakeholders.

Own network capacity planning and end-to-end network installation programs for new data centers and AI clusters. Coordinate engineering, construction, facilities, procurement, finance, supply chain, suppliers, carriers, and installation partners. Manage schedules, dependencies, equipment orders, logistics, cabling, network bring-up, risks, and operational handover. Report capacity and program status to executives while improving delivery processes through data, tooling, and automation.

Owns portfolio-wide standards and design approval for passive and physical network infrastructure across data center campuses. Leads fiber, carrier entrance, meet-me room, structured cabling, pathways, rack placement, testing, acceptance, and DCIM documentation standards. Directs A/E consultants, reviews engineering and construction packages, approves deviations, supports construction and RFIs, and coordinates with network, electrical, civil, architectural, and facilities teams. Identifies infrastructure risks, enforces quality and acceptance criteria, and provides technical recommendations to executive leadership.

Provides enterprise technical authority for data center electrical reliability from high-voltage utility intake through low-voltage critical loads. Develops maintenance, testing, switching, safety, and compliance strategies; leads root-cause investigations and reliability analytics; evaluates redundancy, condition monitoring, and lifecycle risks; supports commissioning, incidents, audits, and change management; and mentors site engineers and technicians across electrical infrastructure.

Supports operational, construction, and capital-project purchasing by sourcing materials, equipment, tools, and services; processing requisitions and purchase orders; evaluating quotes; tracking deliveries; and resolving order issues. Partners with operations, construction, inventory, warehouse, finance, and vendors to manage procurement documentation, vendor onboarding, inventory replenishment, project changes, and compliance with purchasing controls.

Owns PLM strategy and execution for AI infrastructure hardware, including platform selection, implementation, BOM governance, part and product master data, engineering changes, and configuration control. Leads PLM coordinators and partners with engineering, quality, sourcing, operations, IT, and finance to establish a controlled product-data source of truth. The role also governs standards, integrations, training, KPIs, supplier change notifications, and continuous improvement across the hardware lifecycle.

Owns product and manufacturing quality strategy for rack-scale AI and GPU/HPC systems from new product introduction through volume production. Defines test methods, quality standards, KPIs, and acceptance criteria; leads failure analysis, corrective actions, reliability, yield, and continuous improvement. Partners with engineering, suppliers, and OEM/ODM/JDM manufacturers to resolve system-level hardware issues, manage changes and BOMs, conduct inspections, and ensure cost, cycle-time, quality, and delivery targets. Frequent travel to manufacturing, supplier, integration, and data center sites is required.

Owns part master data and multi-level BOM structures for AI compute clusters throughout the product lifecycle. Maintains item records, revisions, effectivity, ECOs, ECNs, PCNs, service BOMs, and FRU/CRU structures in PLM systems. Partners with Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, OEMs, ODMs, and suppliers to validate data, support NPI, manage changes, resolve discrepancies, and ensure PLM-to-ERP alignment. Also audits data quality, improves standards and workflows, trains users, and mentors PLM coordinators.

Owns IREN’s technical documentation system for data center operations. Authors and maintains SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, readiness procedures, commissioning records, acceptance criteria, checklists, and handover documentation. Establishes templates, style standards, structured authoring workflows, revision schemes, and searchable procedure libraries. Collaborates with engineers, technicians, contractors, and subject matter experts to verify procedures in the field, manage reviews, incorporate lessons learned, and ensure current documentation is accessible to site teams.

Own supplier quality for liquid cooling and power hardware used in AI data centers. Responsibilities include qualifying suppliers, conducting audits and inspections, defining testing and acceptance standards, managing supplier corrective actions, leading root-cause investigations, improving process capability, maintaining PLM documentation, and tracking quality KPIs from NPI through volume production. The role collaborates with engineering, sourcing, supply chain, operations, and suppliers, and requires domestic and international travel.

Owns manufacturing and product quality for network racks and interconnect hardware from NPI through volume production. Develops scalable integration and testing processes, establishes acceptance criteria and quality KPIs, leads troubleshooting of link and fabric failures, and drives root-cause corrective actions with engineering, supply chain, data center, and OEM/ODM/JDM partners. The role also manages inspections, production documentation, BOMs, engineering changes, supplier governance, and continuous improvement to achieve quality, yield, cost, and delivery targets.

Leads global PLM/PDM/QMS implementation programs, including requirements, tool selection, BOM and item structures, integrations, data migration, testing, documentation, training, and post-launch support. Manages scope, budget, schedule, vendors, implementation partners, stakeholder alignment, executive communications, and adoption metrics. The role supports supply chain and ERP capabilities for hyperscale data center infrastructure across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, and asset management.

Lead cross-functional supply chain analytics and AI initiatives, including forecasting, supplier-risk modeling, should-cost analysis, dashboards, optimization scenarios, and LLM-powered workflow tools. Translate procurement, planning, finance, and capital-project needs into actionable analytical solutions, partner with data engineering on governed datasets and deployment, and manage implementations across stakeholders. The role requires strong supply chain knowledge, applied AI experience, BI proficiency, predictive modeling expertise, and willingness to travel to supplier and operational sites.
