Ibotta is seeking a Director, Publisher Product Marketing to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to “Make Every Purchase Rewarding”. You will own the GTM strategy for the Ibotta Performance Network (IPN) across our publisher ecosystem — including major retailers, e-commerce channels, and delivery platforms — and build the partner marketing programs that turn Ibotta into an indispensable growth engine for publishers and brands alike.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

What you’ll do:
Define and evangelize the IPN value proposition for the digital shelf, shifting the perception from "discounts" to "strategic growth engine."
Guide brands through the complexity of budget navigation, helping them unlock and align E-commerce, Trade Marketing, and Brand budgets to maximize IPN impact.
Act as the bridge between our product team and our most strategic publisher partners (including retailers, e-commerce platforms, and emerging club and delivery channels) ensuring our roadmaps align to solve "buy-again" inertia and fragmented data challenges.
Build and scale a partner marketing motion: develop co-marketing programs, joint case studies, and co-sell materials that enable Ibotta and its publisher partners to grow together and win new brand budgets.
Translate complex attribution models into high-impact ROI stories that demonstrate a clear reduction in Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) for our brand partners.
Stay ahead of the rapidly evolving retail media landscape to ensure Ibotta’s offerings remain differentiated and indispensable.
Work directly on Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with our top partners to ensure our product roadmap matches their biggest goals.
Travel up to 30% required.

What we’re looking for:
8+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 4 years of combined experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or related marketing roles — with a strong focus on Ecommerce, Ad-Tech, or Retail Media required
Prior experience at a major platform, e-commerce platform, or omnichannel retailer where you’ve managed complex promotion or ad-tech integrations highly preferred.
Strong preference for candidates with direct experience at commerce-focused companies such as Walmart, Instacart, DoorDash, or similar retailers and delivery platforms.
Proven track record of leading high-performing teams or cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
Experience working with (or selling to) large CPG organizations, with a clear understanding of how trade and brand budgets are allocated.
Demonstrated ability to build partner marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
Ability to distill highly technical attribution data into clear, persuasive narratives for C-suite stakeholders.

Additional Details:
This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks, and occasional meals.
Base compensation range: $165,000 - $187,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary.
