Job Description:

Amplifi’s programmatic business is growing, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Director to further develop and manage our digital supply chain. The Director will be responsible for the continued growth and evolution of the supply chain framework to ensure trading teams are able to deliver the best possible outcomes and results for their clients. The Director will collaborate closely with agency teams, supply partners, and internal Ad Tech, Media, and Finance teams. The right candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks at once, while staying focused on growing revenue and profit.  

 

 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute strategies for building and managing a digital inventory practice    

  • Manage relationships and technical integrations with tech and media partners to ensure optimal performance and pricing for our deals.  

  • Facilitate the creation of deal IDs and troubleshoot any technical issues related to PMP implementation.  

  • Oversee reconciliations across internal and external stakeholders to ensure billable spends are confirmed and tracked accurately.   

  • Collect, consolidate, and synthesize insights to drive our product roadmap; execute the Inventory roadmap to align with the company’s strategy, while complying with industry standards and applicable government regulations  

  • Identify programmatic supply requirements for Amplifi deals  

  • Manage buyer interfaces and other supply related platforms - determine requirements & value  

  • Analyze and provide ongoing feedback on rates and performance  

  • Maintain and document key capabilities and offerings from supply partners from technical specs to road map  

  • Stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in the programmatic ecosystem, including new technologies, platforms, and strategies.  

  • Provide thought leadership and guidance to the team on programmatic best practices and strategies.  

 

Experience/Skills: 

  • Proven track record of successfully managing strategic and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Account Management, Product, Marketing, Legal & Finance teams.  

  • Deeply familiar with the programmatic advertising ecosystem and have a strong background in supply-side platforms and managing online ad inventory.   

  • Proven experience in building and managing programmatic supply chains  

  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.  

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.  

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field.  

  • 7+ years of experience working in digital advertising ideally working at a DSP, SSP or publisher Co 

The annual salary range for this position is $114,425-$150,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
