PGIM is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director, AI Program Management to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI initiatives across PGIM Technology and business partners. This role focuses on identifying, prioritizing, and scaling high-value AI use cases aligned to business outcomes, ensuring measurable impact through disciplined program governance and execution.
AI Strategy Execution & Use Case Development
Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize AI use cases aligned to strategic objectives
Translate business problems into AI opportunities with defined value and feasibility
Manage enterprise AI use case pipeline and prioritization
Define KPIs and success metrics for initiatives
End-to-End AI Program Management
Lead delivery of AI initiatives from concept through production
Establish governance, reporting, and risk management structures
Coordinate across engineering, data, architecture, cyber, legal, and business teams
Manage dependencies across concurrent initiatives
Business Engagement & Value Realization
Act as primary interface between business and technology teams
Ensure initiatives are outcome-driven and business-led
Track realization of value (cost savings, productivity, revenue)
Drive adoption into business workflows
AI Productization & Scaling
Transition pilots into production-grade solutions
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and integrated
Promote reusable AI components and patterns
Governance, Risk & Responsible AI
Ensure adherence to governance and regulatory requirements
Partner with Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams
Implement controls for data usage and model monitoring
Executive Reporting & Communication
Provide executive-level updates on AI portfolio
Develop materials for senior leadership
Highlight risks, decisions, and priorities
What You Will Bring
10+ years in program management, AI, or technology transformation
Experience delivering enterprise programs with measurable outcomes
Understanding of AI/ML and data platforms
Experience in financial services or asset management preferred
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate in a global, matrixed environment
Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The annual base salary range for this role is from $135,000 to $190,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
