This is a full-time, remote position for a seasoned leader ready to take the helm of our product strategy. Our partners include iconic IPs and leading publishers across mobile and hybrid-casual games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision for a portfolio of high-profile casual games, specifically in the arcade, puzzle, and trivia genres.
  • Champion Big IPs: Collaborate directly with major intellectual property holders to translate world-famous characters and universes into engaging, casual gameplay experiences that delight fans.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor, manage, and scale a team of Product Managers and Designers, fostering a culture of data-driven creativity and excellence.
  • Roadmap Ownership: Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to live-ops, ensuring a steady cadence of features, events, and content updates that drive retention and monetization.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Deep dive into game economy and player behavior data to identify opportunities for growth, creating strategies that balance player enjoyment with commercial success.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing trends in the arcade, puzzle, and trivia markets, ensuring our titles remain competitive and innovative.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Art, and UA teams to ensure product goals are aligned with technical feasibility and marketing strategies.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in product management within the mobile gaming industry, with significant time spent in a leadership role.
  • Deep Genre Expertise: A proven track record of success in casual games, with specific mastery of arcade, puzzle, and trivia mechanics.
  • Big IP Experience: Demonstrated experience working with major licensors or iconic entertainment brands is highly desirable.
  • LiveOps Mastery: Extensive understanding of LiveOps strategies, economy design, and monetization in free-to-play ecosystems.
  • Analytical Mindset: Expert proficiency in analyzing data and KPIs to make informed product decisions.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to inspire teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Passion for Games: A genuine love for the casual market and a pulse on what makes a game fun and addictive.
  • Fluent in English.
