Leads the growth business unit for validated mobile games, owning P&L, revenue, profitability, user acquisition, product strategy, live operations, development, analytics, and organizational scaling. Own the architecture and implementation of AI infrastructure and automation across game production. Build production-grade agents, AI tools, workflows, integrations, analytics, monitoring, and Unity-based systems that accelerate prototyping, testing, launches, and LiveOps. Improve reliability, observability, scalability, security, evaluation, and cost efficiency while mentoring teams and establishing reusable AI capabilities.

The Senior QA Engineer tests games across development stages, designs and executes test plans, identifies and documents bugs, collaborates with developers, monitors app store and Discord feedback, reviews analytics and crash logs, and supports continuous QA process improvement.

Owns end-to-end execution and delivery across multiple mobile game initiatives, from development through LiveOps. Coordinates product, design, engineering, art, and QA teams; removes blockers; maintains rapid release cadence; and balances speed, quality, scalability, and frequent iteration in an AI-assisted global production environment.

Support game development planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, documentation, and risk mitigation. Collaborate with QA, development, art, customer service, and product management teams to resolve blockers, streamline workflows, and deliver projects on time and within scope. Maintain project trackers, status reports, and production plans while fostering clear communication and a positive team culture.

Manage live operations for a portfolio of mobile games, leading content updates, events, promotions, sprint planning, KPI analysis, A/B testing, app-store deployments, and stability initiatives. Collaborate across development, design, QA, marketing, community, support, and user acquisition teams to improve player engagement, retention, monetization, and game performance. Lead risk mitigation and crisis response for live-service issues.

Tests games across development stages, executes test cases, identifies and documents bugs, designs test plans, manages test environments, and collaborates with developers and project managers. Monitors Google Play, App Store, and Discord feedback, validates analytics, reviews crash logs and KPIs, documents testing activities, and contributes to improving QA processes.

Own the user acquisition creative strategy for mobile games by researching market and competitor trends, generating creative hypotheses, developing production briefs, directing internal and external creators, and analyzing performance data. Build a continuous testing pipeline across video, UGC, gameplay, AI-generated, playable, and other ad formats. Use insights to identify winning concepts, combat creative fatigue, guide production partners, and improve UA performance.

The Senior UI Motion & VFX Artist will create polished animations, visual effects, and feedback for mobile games, collaborating with design and engineering teams.

The Live-Ops Game Designer will manage LiveOps strategies, game economy, design events, and optimize monetization for mobile F2P games, focusing on player engagement and retention.

The Lead Unity Engineer will develop and implement game functionality, collaborate with teams, maintain code quality, and ensure optimum performance in game applications.
