Job Description:
We’re looking for a Director of Product to play a key role in shaping our product capability within our Platform Services division.
This is an opportunity for a highly experienced product leader who brings strong product craft, external perspective, and a passion for driving impact at scale. You’ll lead a small team of product professionals, while also influencing product strategy, ways of working, and outcomes across a broader set of teams and senior stakeholders.
This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of working two days per week from our Cambridge office.
What you’ll be doing
Own and evolve your product area, developing a deep understanding of customer needs, use cases, and value drivers
Ensure the product delivers maximum value through strong feature design, performance, and customer enablement
Lead, coach, and develop a small team of Product Managers/Product Owners, building a high-performing and collaborative environment
Lead through influence, partnering with senior stakeholders to improve product practices and outcomes across Platform Services
Bring fresh thinking and external best practices to continuously raise the bar on product strategy and execution
Work closely with Engineering to shape and deliver a high-quality product roadmap
Partner with Product Marketing and go-to-market teams to ensure clear, compelling product positioning
What we’re looking for
Significant product management experience, ideally within Enterprise SaaS
A track record of applying learnings from different environments to improve product outcomes
Ability to drive alignment at senior levels through influence
Experience leading and developing product talent (even within smaller teams)
Strong collaboration across Engineering, UX, and commercial teams
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
