Position Summary
The Director of Product Management is a senior strategic leader responsible for defining and executing CCRT’s product vision, portfolio strategy, and go-to-market approach across software, hardware, and integrated solutions.
This role integrates Product Management, Product Marketing, and Marketing & Communications into a single accountable function, ensuring tight alignment between product development, market demand, and revenue growth. The Director serves as the key bridge between Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, translating technical capabilities into differentiated market offerings and measurable commercial outcomes.
A critical expectation of this role is the ability to define, package, and commercialize integrated “solution sets” — combining software, hardware, and services into cohesive offerings that solve specific customer mission problems, replicating successful models such as CCRT’s Missile Test Bench solution.
This role also leads market intelligence and customer insight development, leveraging mechanisms such as Customer Advisory Boards and the Real-Time Summit to systematically capture the voice of the customer (VoC), inform product strategy, and cultivate new solution concepts aligned to evolving mission needs.
In addition, the Director is expected to leverage AI-driven tools and data insights to enhance product strategy, market intelligence, and go-to-market effectiveness, while identifying opportunities to incorporate AI-enabled capabilities into CCRT’s products and solution sets — particularly in edge, test, and mission-critical applications.
Must be a US Citizen. We are unable to hire anyone for this position that is a dual citizen, green card holder, or on a visa.
