Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a Member Growth and Engagement vision and strategy in collaboration with your cross-functional leaders.
- Balance driving transformative initiatives with experimentation and iteration to drive engagement and retention.
- Oversee the creation of compelling, intuitive user experiences that drive growth metrics, like signup, onboarding, activation, and retention loops (e.g., badging, notifications, email, SMS).
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, as well run A/B experiments with your teams to identify trends and opportunities for growth and engagement improvements.
- Lead and mentor a high performing team of product designers and cross-functional partners (engineers, marketers, product insights analysts, and data scientists).
- Report findings and updates to stakeholders. Engage with executives to discuss opportunities, prioritization, tradeoffs, and risks.
- Collaborate with teams across Marketing, GTM, Clinical, Member Advocacy, Finance, and General Management to create actionable product strategies that drive the business.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years in product design, with at least 5 years as a leader in consumer facing environments.
- Experience guiding teams to create simple, intuitive and innovative end-to-end design solutions. Proven ability to attract and retain top design talent.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and rapid prototyping methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI and Gen AI product development.
- Familiarity with personalization strategies and user segmentation to enhance engagement.
- User-focused mindset, driven by data and research to identify and solve real member problems.
- Proven track record of fostering a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Experience collaborating with Marketing teams on growth and retention strategies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to align cross-functional teams.
- Skilled at navigating complex product ecosystems and managing downstream impacts.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, risk, and change.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and mission alignment to elevate healthcare standards.

Physical/Cognitive Requirements:
