- Lead the sourcing and deployment of Procurement solutions for Vietnam
- Deliver measurable value through strategic sourcing and supplier performance management
- Ensure that Accor’s Procurement solutions are built in agreement with owner, Customer, VPOs and stakeholder requirements
- Setup procurement for long term success by showcasing strong commercial value early in the owners/operations relationship
- Provide day-to-day procurement support to hotel purchasing and finance teams, sharing category expertise and monitoring competitor GPO trends to elevate internal and external satisfaction.
- Translate unique hotel Brand DNAs into bespoke sourcing strategies for new builds and renovations, collaborating with internal communities to deliver tailored FF&E and OS&E solutions.
- Drive operational excellence by proposing streamlined workflows and coordinating with IT, operations, and suppliers to deploy digital "procure-to-pay" and onboarding solutions
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Hospitality Management
- Strong English & Vietnamese language ability both spoken and written
- 7+ years in relevant construction, hotel opening or design roles
- Hospitality, retail, consulting and financial services industry experience preferred
- Excellent capacity for client management
- Exceptional influencing and negotiations skills
- Empathetic, business savvy and operationally aware
- Strong project managers with high degree of attention to details
- This position will be based in Accor Vietnam Office.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management
- Strong spoken and written English language ability
- Strong spoken and written Vietnamese language ability
- 7+ years of experience in relevant construction, hotel opening, or design roles
- Hospitality, retail, consulting, or financial services industry experience
- Excellent client management capability
- Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills
- Empathy, business acumen, and operational awareness
- Strong project management skills and high attention to detail
