As Director of Procurement Operations, you'll lead a team responsible for the operating model, processes, systems, data, and governance supporting all of Procurement. You will partner with Procurement leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to create consistent, efficient, and scalable ways of working across the organization. By simplifying workflows, strengthening controls, and expanding the use of analytics, automation, and AI, you'll improve the stakeholder experience and enable Procurement teams to deliver greater business value.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the Procurement Operations team, setting clear service expectations, building functional expertise, and fostering a high-performance and continuous-improvement culture.
- Own the enterprise Procurement operating model, including intake, triage, workflow design, sourcing support, contracting coordination, purchasing, supplier onboarding, and performance reporting.
- Define clear roles, decision rights, service levels, escalation paths, and cross-functional handoffs to create a consistent and efficient stakeholder experience.
- Own the Procurement technology roadmap and administration of source-to-pay, intake and orchestration, contract lifecycle management, supplier management, analytics, and knowledge-management solutions.
- Lead process redesign, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives that reduce manual work, improve cycle time and data quality, strengthen controls, and allow Procurement teams to focus on higher-value activities.
- Establish enterprise standards for procurement data, taxonomy, savings and value measurement, pipeline management, reporting, dashboards, and executive performance reviews.
- Own Procurement reporting, analytics, and insights, translating spend, sourcing pipeline, savings, supplier, cycle-time, and service-performance data into actionable recommendations for Procurement and business leaders.
- Maintain Procurement policies, procedures, templates, playbooks, training, and communications while overseeing capacity, service performance, adoption, and organizational change management.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Information Security, Privacy, Compliance, IT, and Procurement category teams to integrate requirements, resolve process gaps, and provide reliable operational support while preserving clear accountability for category strategy and commercial decisions.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in procurement, procurement operations, source-to-pay, transformation, or a related function.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and developing Procurement professionals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven success designing and scaling procurement operating models, processes, service levels, governance, and cross-functional workflows.
- Hands-on expertise with source-to-pay, eProcurement, intake orchestration, contract lifecycle management, supplier management, and analytics platforms; Coupa experience is a plus.
- Strong process-design, program-management, and change-management capabilities, with a track record of driving adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong data and financial acumen, including experience with spend analytics, pipeline and savings reporting, service-performance metrics, and executive dashboards.
- Experience applying automation, AI, and workflow technologies to improve controls, data quality, cycle time, and user experience.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and align Finance, Legal, Information Security, Compliance, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Experience in sports betting, iGaming, fantasy sports, technology, financial services, or another regulated industry is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 162,400.00 USD - 202,900.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
