Your Role: As O2C Director, you will be a key member of the Elanco Business Solutions (EBS) leadership team in Warsaw, Poland. In this role, you'll be responsible for EMEA Order to Cash (O2C) service delivery, overseeing all aspects of Customer Service O2C processes and leading teams to ensure excellent client and customer experience.

This role is to be located at the Elanco Business Solutions in Warsaw, Poland.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the EMEA Order to Cash Customer Service teams within the EBS, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and organizational design

  • Drive excellence in compliance, service delivery, and customer experience, maintaining continuous audit readiness

  • Lead and implement process improvements and optimize the service delivery portfolio, with responsibility for KPIs

  • Foster a culture of strong engagement, talent development, and continuous improvement within the O2C tower

  • Serve as a key business partner to local and global O2C teams, building strong stakeholder relationships and resolving operational issues

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

  • Education: Master’s Degree in Business Accounting or a related field

  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of management experience in an SSC environment, with at least 3 years in senior leadership

  • Strong leadership skills and demonstrated end-to-end Order to Cash process expertise

  • Demonstrated knowledge of end-to- end Order to Cash process, including Customer Service, Credit Management, Customer Master Data, Invoicing, Collections, Cash Application, Accounts Receivable Management

  • High self-awareness and ability to operate effectively in a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment, strong inter-personal, relationship building, and communicating skills are essential

  • Fluency in English, additional European language(s) is a plus

  • Demonstrated knowledge of multinational Shared Service Center (SSC) environments

  • Proven ability to drive performance, focus on compliance and controls, and lead continuous process improvement initiatives

  • High self-awareness and strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills in a multi-cultural setting

  • Ability to influence, build credibility, and effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

  • Developing and delivering presentations and training

  • Strong focus on achieving project objectives and meeting established milestones
