This is a critical role that will shape and optimize fulfillment, warehouse, and inventory operations across our B2C and B2B businesses. Key Responsibilities
Fulfillment Operations:

• Lead and manage fulfillment operations, ensuring orders are processed, packed, and shipped on time and accurately.
• Implement best practices to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and achieve operational excellence.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Warehouse Operations:

• Oversee nationwide warehouse operations, optimizing space, labor, and equipment.
• Develop strategies to improve warehouse productivity, minimize errors, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Inventory & Stock Management:

• Implement robust inventory processes to maintain accurate stock levels for B2C and B2B channels.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to optimize stock levels, reduce excess, and prevent stockouts.
• Use data-driven approaches for demand forecasting and replenishment planning.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Partner with the COO and senior leaders to develop operational strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead process improvement, automation, and technology initiatives.
• Scale operations effectively to support rapid business growth.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Build and mentor a high-performing operations team.
• Set clear performance expectations and drive a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Equip teams with the skills and resources to meet company objectives.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the operations budget.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial performance.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• At least 10 years of experience in operations management, with expertise in fulfillment, warehouse management, and inventory control.
• Proven track record in B2C and B2B environments in e-commerce and logistics.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain optimization, project management, and quality management frameworks.
• Skilled in data-driven decision-making, strategic planning, and process improvement.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience leading large, multi-site operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
