Creation Technologies is growing—and we are seeking experienced, strategic, and hands-on operational leaders to join us as Director of Operations across multiple U.S. sites, including Dallas, TX and Milwaukee, WI.

Position Summary
As Director of Operations, you will be a pivotal member of the Business Unit Leadership Team, driving operational excellence and leading large-scale production strategies that position the site for sustainable growth. You will oversee capacity planning, production strategy, and resource optimization while building and inspiring high-performing teams aligned to our Lean Scorecard targets.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong operational foundation in electronics manufacturing—someone who can balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the business unit’s operations capacity planning and resource management strategy
  • Develop and execute a production strategy that supports site objectives for Safety, Cost, Quality, and Delivery
  • Drive process flow improvements and manage production staffing to maintain flexibility and optimize productivity
  • Champion on-time delivery performance through lean tools and the selective application of enabling technologies to eliminate non-value-added activities and reduce errors
  • Partner with the General Manager to establish and manage the annual manufacturing budget, including capital equipment planning
  • Coach and develop team members while reinforcing Creation’s Core Values and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Serve as a key member of the Business Unit Leadership Team, contributing to the achievement of company vision and strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support joint initiatives across the organization
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in electronics product manufacturing
  • Proven ability to develop and manage comprehensive production capacity plans
  • Strong understanding of electronic assembly and test practices
  • Demonstrated experience in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and quality systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High integrity and professional standards
  • Entrepreneurial, innovative, and adaptable leader with strong business acumen and people leadership skills
  • Effective presentation and executive communication abilities
