Overview:
As the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in the launch and ongoing management of our real money gaming (RMG) operations in Ontario. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to ensure the success of our gaming platforms and products.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Launch Support: Support the launch in Ontario, assisting with the establishment of processes, reporting mechanisms, CRM process support, and execution of the marketing plan, including both retention marketing and user acquisition.
  2. Expansion Support: Contribute to the planning and launch of our Social Gaming for other North American markets, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with company objectives.
  3. Market Expansion: Collaborate on the planning and launch of our online sportsbooks in Ontario and Ohio in Q3 2024, contributing to strategic decisions and operational readiness.
  4. Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operational performance of our RMG gaming operations, ensuring financial success, efficiency, compliance, and excellence in customer experience.
  5. Strategic Guidance: Assist in evolving policies and procedures to enhance operations, marketing, and product development efforts, providing strategic guidance and leveraging insights to drive growth and success.
  6. KPI Tracking: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of operational strategies, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  7. Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including external vendors such as Incline.bet our marketing services partner, to ensure alignment with operational goals and objectives.
  8. Product Management: Review and assist in setting product development initiatives and integrations between Bet United, our technology support provider, and third-party vendors, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
  9. Vendor Relations: Assist in the management of ongoing relationships with iGaming suppliers and partners, fostering collaboration and maximizing value.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in operational management within the iGaming industry, with a focus on real money gaming.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational success.
  • Experience in operations, product management, marketing, and vendor relations within the iGaming space.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
