Partner with IT, Product, Sales, Business Intelligence and Operations to ensure scalable marketing technology and architecture that support member acquisitions and full funnel marketing and channel delivery. Champion emerging technologies including generative and agentic AI, to transform marketing operations, structure, and campaign execution.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, governance, and optimization of the marketing technology stack to support member growth and top-of-the-house business objectives.
  • Execute enterprise-wide, multi-channel strategies across email, DM, SMS, web, search, social, and other emerging channels.
  • Define and execute member journeys using audience segmentation, preference data, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Establish and optimize omnichannel engagement frameworks to deliver seamless, consistent member experiences across digital touchpoints.
  • Define and maintain channel governance, communication standards, and best practices to ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive marketing data, analytics, attribution, and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Establish campaign tracking, tagging, and measurement frameworks to accurately evaluate channel and campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of emerging technologies, including generative and agentic AI, to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop audience preference models to enable acquisition marketing, lifecycle marketing, and personalized messages and offers to drive deeper member relationships.
  • Partner with product, digital, IT, sales, operations, compliance, procurement, and business leaders to define our target martech architecture, and side-by-side to deliver on it.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize channel performance through testing, KPIs, attribution models, and continuous improvement initiatives. Establish a multi-touch attribution model to improve channel performance tracking and ROI measurements.
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including negotiating contracts, service levels, support hours, while conducting regular business reviews with select vendor to ensure ongoing quality delivery and performance.
  • Conduct internal audits and instill the appropriate governance and controls to ensure adherence to compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Serve as a strategic partner, provide guidance on campaign orchestration, channel attribution, data integration, and performance reporting critical to driving marketing effectiveness.
  • Lead a team accountable for multi-channel management, execution, governance, performance improvement, and optimization across areas such as email, DM, social, search, websites and landing pages and for audience preference modeling, marketing automation, AEO /SEO and accessibility best practices, optimization, CMS platform implementation and management, and end-to-end channel management.
  • Plan, oversee and lead the work of the team to meet functional and individual operational objectives and goals. Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities. Responsible for hire, fire, performance, discipline and problem-resolution decisions.

Education & Years of Experience

  • Minimum - 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Computer Science or related
  • Preferred - Graduate Degree in Marketing, Computer Science or related
  • Minimum - 7 Tears or Marketing Technology or related
  • Minimum - 3 Years of People management

In Lieu of Education

  • 10 Years of Marketing Technology including people management

Compensation & Benefits:

Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎ $149,700.00 to $256,700.00‎ Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
