Process membership and deposit accounts and manage loan funding by reviewing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, disbursing funds, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and workflows, gather and document user and technical requirements, analyze system interactions, support Service transformation teams, maintain environments and release upgrades, troubleshoot complex issues, and train users and team members. Ensure consistency across development, test, and production environments and continuous process improvement.

Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for complex, high-priority product areas. Align cross-functional teams, use data and experimentation to inform decisions, deliver product launches, represent customer needs, influence senior stakeholders, and mentor other product managers to drive measurable business impact.
