Lead consumer credit risk strategy and manage analysts evaluating lending portfolios. Develop underwriting guidelines, credit policies, and risk oversight processes; monitor delinquency, charge-offs, approvals, and risk-adjusted returns. Support new product evaluations, analyze portfolio performance, generate reporting using SQL, Excel, and Power BI, and recommend risk-return improvements. Partner with lending, audit, regulatory, and second-line risk teams while hiring, coaching, and developing staff.

Conduct penetration testing for web applications, APIs, cloud, mobile, and internal systems using manual and automated techniques. Identify and validate vulnerabilities, develop proof-of-concept exploits, document attack paths, and support remediation and retesting. Produce actionable reports, prioritize risks, improve testing methodologies and tooling, administer DAST, SAST, and SCA tools, and enhance Python-based security workflow automation.

Provides inbound telephone support to credit union members, processes account transactions, resolves issues, opens and closes accounts, handles transfers and card assistance, and identifies financial needs for targeted referrals. Maintains compliance with banking regulations, policies, the Bank Secrecy Act, and privacy requirements while meeting service, performance, and first-call-resolution goals.
