What You'll Do
Develop and execute independent living sales and outreach strategies.
Lead engaging tours, presentations, follow-up, and relationship-building efforts.
Manage leads, referral sources, move-in progress, and reporting.
Partner with internal teams to create smooth, memorable move-in experiences.
What We're Looking For
Licensed real estate agent with strong relationship-building skills.
Prefer bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
Prefer 5 year's of experience in sales, marketing, outreach, senior living, real estate, hospitality, or another service-focused field.
