As a Director of Marketing, PR & Communications, you’re not just driving revenue growth across all hotel segments – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
ResponsibilitiesHere's what you'll do during a typical day
- Shape and execute marketing, PR and communications strategy: Develop and implement integrated marketing, public relations, communications, brand, and digital strategies aligned with the hotel's commercial objectives and long-term vision.
- Drive brand awareness and business growth: Support revenue generation and business performance through impactful marketing campaigns, strategic partnerships, media exposure, and innovative promotional initiatives.
- Lead marketing planning and performance reviews: Facilitate regular campaign and performance reviews while contributing to annual marketing plans through analysis of market trends, guest insights, brand performance, and growth opportunities.
- Ensure commercial alignment: Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to align marketing activities with pricing, distribution, sales strategies, and business objectives.
- Foster media and stakeholder relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, influencers, tourism authorities, corporate partners, and community stakeholders to enhance the hotel's visibility and reputation.
- Develop data-driven marketing strategies: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, digital analytics, and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions and maintain a strong competitive position.
- Cultivate a high-performing team: Recruit, develop, and inspire marketing and communications talent through effective leadership, performance management, coaching, professional development, and recognition programs.
- Protect and enhance the hotel's reputation: Oversee public relations activities, crisis communication plans, brand messaging, and online reputation management to ensure a consistent and positive brand image across all channels.
