  • Resilient and adaptable, can-do-attitude, thriving in fast‑paced, complex, and evolving environments.

This is an individual contributor role requiring significant domain expertise, with the opportunity to influence strategy, shape best practices, and serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.

Who are you?

  • Experience supporting cross-border employment matters across Europe; broader global exposure is a plus.
  • Prior in-house experience in a multinational company, ideally in software technology or another fast-moving international environment.
  • Excellent German and English communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal issues into practical business advice.
