What We Do

Terakeet is the reputation operating system for global brands. Founded in 2001 by CEO Mac Cummings and Patrick Danial, Terakeet is the partner that Fortune 500 companies, and executives trust to improve, optimize, and protect their perception and visibility across the modern digital landscape. Today, brands face many problems, from a lack of awareness of their market to misinformation. At Terakeet, we help shape how brands and executives are represented, discovered, and trusted across search engines and large language models (LLMs). We empower organizations to strengthen the messages that matter, identify emerging reputational risks before they escalate, and build a resilient layer of reputation defense across an increasingly complex digital ecosystem. While our proprietary technology provides the foundation of our insights, our true power lies in the convergence of our diverse internal team. We bring together specialized minds across brand protection, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), comprehensive content strategy, and data analysis and engineering to solve complex challenges that brands face from organic and generative search as the industry evolves. Their expertise directly fuels our highly targeted, authoritative content and technical recommendations that resonate with consumers and search algorithms. Outside of the office, Terakeet is a committed community partner. Our team partners with charitable organizations, including Cause For The Cuse, Blood Cancer United (previously The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society), and The Boys & Girls Clubs of Syracuse, to support critical causes in our community, especially in the Syracuse City School District.

Why Work With Us

Terakeet focuses on the long-term stability and balance of a brand’s online footprint. People join us because they want to collaborate and do meaningful reputation management work without the usual agency red tape that prevents true innovation. That is one of the many reasons we have been Certified as a Great Place to Work for almost a decade.
