Job Description
Travel Required: 50% market based travel FL, NC, SC - Must reside in one of these markets or be open to relocation
The Director of Implementation & Training is a key leader on the Practice Integration team. This role oversees a team that is responsible for driving Privia’s process in launching top doctors into our high performance network. The Director of Implementation & Training leads a team of Implementation and Training team members across multiple markets within a defined region who serve as the primary point of contact, project manager, and subject matter expert during the launch of providers into our medical group.
Primary Job Duties:

Serve as a regional lead for markets, and any other future markets by managing a team of Implementation/Training resources who are responsible for partnering with and launching doctors into the medical group

Be a subject matter expert on Privia’s processes and technology platforms (includes our AthenaHealth EHR and Practice Management platform)

Serve as the escalation point for issues originating from the team and/or care centers the assigned team is responsible for launching

Provide regular status updates to Privia National and Market leadership via regular operating meetings and one-off communications

Serve as a liaison between Market Leadership and National Practice Integration team to ensure resourcing needs are met to meet the Implemented Providers budget for each market in the portfolio

Evaluate processes, gather feedback, and identify/lead improvement projects that enhance the quality of implementation and better support Privia’s overall strategic vision

Standardize processes that align with national teams, while accounting for market specific nuances within their respective region

Engage in and/or lead strategic projects or long term initiatives that span their respective region, market, and/or national

Ensure proper coordination is occurring between the implementation team members and other Privia functions, including Finance, IT, Billing, and Credentialing

Manage a master project plan template and ensure the team is following appropriate process

Participate in the creation of and manage to the yearly budget for the Implementation team in their respective market(s)

Willingness to travel to and take on oversight of new markets as a Regional Lead as Privia expands nationally

Provide resource management, engage with business development and other practice operations team to ensure implementation team can provide adequate support to the care centers being launching and post live

Provide coaching to junior team members through regular feedback loops and 1:1s
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred
-
5+ years experience with practice management or EHR implementation and training
-
Technical project management in a healthcare setting is preferred
-
Experience in a hospital or physician office setting, including knowledge of physician office workflow and processes.

Experience managing and leading team members

Experience with project management tools

Knowledgeable about extended medical terminology

Ability to work with different levels of clinical personnel including providers

Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations

The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $130,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15% & restricted stock units. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
