Serve as the operational backbone for People Operations supporting HR lifecycle transactions, onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, compliance (EEO-1, HIPAA), HRIS support, benefits/leave intake, employee relations, and employee-facing materials while partnering with HRBPs and other People teams.

Audit payer-processed claims and care center payment performance to ensure accurate reimbursement per contracts and fee schedules. Perform payer payment audits, denial trend analysis, fee-schedule and system setup (Trizetto/Cognizant), manage escalations, coordinate with revenue cycle teams and payers, and track/report audit outcomes while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Manage and drive provider onboarding and go-live for physician practices, serving as primary project manager and trainer for EHR and practice management systems. Coordinate across Finance, IT, Revenue Cycle, and Credentialing, train clinical and office staff, manage multiple project plans, lead change management, mentor peers, and travel frequently to support regional markets.

Generate qualified leads and set appointments via targeted outbound calls, research and segment markets, support directors in follow-up and opportunity management, track activity in Salesforce, and collaborate with sales and marketing to drive lead generation across multiple business verticals.

Lead and manage revenue cycle teams to ensure accurate, timely claims submission and AR resolution.
