The IAM Director will lead the organization’s IAM strategy, governance, and execution across identity lifecycle, access controls, authentication (SSO/MFA), access certifications, and audit reporting. • Evaluate and administer IAM/IGA capabilities and ensure platforms are securely configured and updated in alignment with policy.
  • Operating model and cross-functional execution: Clarify shared responsibilities between IT and security (e.g., IT runs underlying infrastructure operations while security defines access policy/compliance requirements).
