The Role

Own and drive a data-led HR function that directly improves business performance, workforce productivity, and operating leverage.

Integrate strategic HRBP, Talent Management, and People Analytics to enable leadership to make real-time, insight-driven decisions in a fast-scaling, AI-enabled organization.

Core Accountabilities

1. Business Performance & Partnership
  • Act as a strategic advisor to BU leaders on growth, profitability, and org effectiveness
  • Translate business plans into workforce strategies with measurable business outcomes
  • Drive org design, role clarity, and operating model efficiency
2. People Analytics
  • Establish a single source of truth for all people metrics (real-time dashboards)
  • Lead analytics across hiring, attrition, productivity, and org design (span, cost ratios, performance distribution)
  • Build predictive models (attrition risk, workforce scenarios, hiring plans)
3. Workforce Productivity & Cost Discipline
  • Own workforce planning and budgeting aligned to revenue and growth plans
  • Drive productivity metrics (revenue per employee, output per team, span optimization)
  • Oversee immigration operations aligned to workforce strategy
4. Talent & Performance
  • Lead a rigorous performance system with clear differentiation and accountability
  • Improve top talent retention and leadership bench strength
  • Build and accelerate high-potential talent pipelines
5. AI-Led HR Transformation
  • Drive adoption of AI-powered insights and automation in workforce planning and decision-making
  • Enable data-driven and AI-assisted ways of working across teams
  • Partner with leadership to build a skills-based, future-ready organization
6. Diversity, Inclusion & Workplace Culture
  • Act as a strategic advisor on building diverse and high-performing teams
  • Drive representation, equity, and inclusive practices across hiring and development
  • Strengthen a culture of respect and inclusion through robust governance and awareness mechanisms

  • Experience in product / SaaS / tech environments
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution depth
Reporting Structure
  • Reports to: VP – HR
  • Team: HR Business Partners + People Analytics
