Establish a 24x7 support model through shift rotations and hiring, while recruiting, mentoring, and developing L1 engineers.

Own the stability, scalability, and deployment safety of AWS-based, Kubernetes-orchestrated multi-tenant infrastructure. Manage EKS environments, automate infrastructure with Terraform and Helm, support frequent releases through canary deployments and rollbacks, and implement monitoring, SLIs/SLOs, alerting, and chaos engineering. Participate in on-call incident response, conduct root cause analyses, write post-mortems, automate manual processes, and maintain operational runbooks.

Own and scale Innovapptive’s Operations product suite for enterprise manufacturing and asset-intensive customers. Lead product strategy, roadmap, discovery, delivery, metrics, adoption, and go-to-market activities. Translate manufacturing workflows into effective product experiences, drive operational excellence and frontline productivity, collaborate with engineering and commercial teams, and mentor product managers. The role requires strong B2B SaaS product leadership, manufacturing or operations domain expertise, and experience with metrics, enterprise customers, and cross-functional delivery.

Leads the AI Engineering team building and operating enterprise AI agents for industrial SaaS. Owns agent architecture, prompt engineering, RAG and knowledge infrastructure, model evaluation, deployment, observability, governance, and production reliability. Partners with Product, Platform, and customer-facing teams to deliver trusted AI capabilities. Responsibilities also include hiring, coaching, performance management, sprint delivery, and quality measurement.

Manage cross-functional enterprise implementation programs, project delivery teams, customer relationships, staffing, budgets, P&L, billing, SLAs, KPIs, risks, issues, reporting, and personnel coordination. Provide guidance to project managers, ensure delivery methodology adherence, support customer training, and oversee successful execution of SAP or IBM Maximo EAM programs across asset-intensive industries.
