The Sr. Account Executive will manage a portfolio of enterprise opportunities, engage high-level stakeholders, and lead complex sales cycles to close high-value deals.

Provide 24x7 first-line support for enterprise customers: monitor and triage L1 queue, achieve first-contact resolutions using runbooks, escalate with repro/env/logs and analysis, contribute knowledge-base articles, perform proactive monitoring (Sentry, Mixpanel, CloudWatch), and maintain timely customer communication and SLA adherence.

Lead and scale the SRE pillar (~24+ headcount) across SaaSOps, Support, QE, Security, and Release Management. Build automation to increase environments per engineer, implement SLI/SLO/error budgets, establish 24x7 support, create security and compliance programs (SOC2 readiness), improve MTTR, enforce release governance and incident RCA processes.

Hire and mentor L1 engineers and deliver defined SLAs and metrics.
