Director, HR Business Partner - South Central Region

Position OverviewThe Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic leader responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives through strong partnership with leaders and leading a team of HRBPs. This role will influence leaders to address people, organizational design, and development challenges. The Dir, HRBP will be responsible for providing HR solutions to the business for multiple functions or locations and define business requirements to aid in the development and execution of a human resource plan that is aligned to the business strategy and organizational goals. This role will work strategically and hands-on to deliver results for the business and functional groups. The Dir, HRBP engages and leverages the resources of the broader HR organization to enable execution of this strategy, including leveraging the functional expertise and resources of the Centers of Expertise (COE's) and HR Operations Center.

• Develop and execute HR strategies and objectives that support business priorities through influence and partnership with leaders
• Provide expert counsel, as a trusted advisor, and problem-solving solutions to senior leaders on all people-related matters
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of HR Business Partners (HRBPs)
• Drive talent management initiatives, through design and implementation of a Talent Strategy that supports vision, purpose, and strategy of supported business units. This includes development, performance management, succession planning, and advancing diversity and inclusion efforts for the business
• Collaborate with Centers of Expertise to implement and execute HR programs
• Identify key business people trends through analyzing workforce trends and develop data-driven HR solutions for the business
