The Global Visual Merchandising team is responsible for defining and implementing a world-class in-store brand experience across Retail and Wholesale. As a central function, the team develops strategies, guidelines, and training that align with Global Creative Direction while ensuring commercial success across diverse markets. This team collaborates cross-functionally with key partners, including Global Store Design, Windows & Showroom Creative, Marketing, Merchandising, Design, and Regional VM teams, to create cohesive and consumer-centric in-store presentations. The Director, Global Styling & Creative Visual Merchandising is responsible for leading the global styling vision for Calvin Klein across all channels (Full Price, Wholesale, Outlet). This role elevates and safeguards brand expression through product storytelling, mannequin styling, showroom execution, campaign alignment, and omni-channel consistency. The Director ensures that styling direction seamlessly connects brand campaigns to commercial priorities, creating a cohesive visual identity across retail stores, wholesale environments, outlet formats, model stores and seasonal showrooms globally. This is a strategic and highly visible leadership role that influences both creative output and commercial performance globally.
What You'll Do:

  • Lead the global styling vision across all channels (Full Price, Wholesale, Outlet).

  • Develop seasonal global styling frameworks that align with brand campaigns, product priorities, and consumer insights.

  • Ensure styling execution elevates brand perception while supporting key commercial drivers (Denim, CTB, seasonal franchises, etc.).

  • Establish global styling standards for mannequins, bust forms, fixtures, tables, and product storytelling environments.

  • Lead styling direction across physical retail, wholesale, outlet and showrooms.

  • Partner with E-commerce and Digital teams to align product styling and storytelling between in-store and online environments.

  • Ensure cohesive translation of campaign moments into Front of Store, window, in store and showroom.

  • Partner with Global Creative and Marketing to align campaign creative with in-store styling direction.

  • Translate campaign styling into actionable retail and showroom guidelines.

  • Oversee global showroom styling execution and model store setups.

  • Lead styling direction for market launches and key seasonal walkthroughs.

  • Drive consistency in mannequin styling and product storytelling across regions.

  • Partner with Design, Merchandising, Marketing, and Store Design to ensure styling direction is integrated early in the product lifecycle.

  • Work closely with Regional VM leaders to adapt global styling concepts while maintaining brand consistency.

  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize styling excellence as a driver of brand equity.

  • Lead and mentor regional teams (direct and/or indirect reports).

  • Provide creative direction, feedback, and performance management to team members.

  • Develop styling training modules and best practice workshops to elevate global capabilities.

  • Identify and develop emerging styling talent globally.

  • Monitor fashion, styling, and retail trends to keep Calvin Klein at the forefront of visual storytelling.

  • Introduce innovative styling techniques and presentation formats to enhance consumer engagement.

  • Continuously evolve mannequin styling, silhouette presentation, and product storytelling frameworks.

What You'll Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in creative styling or visual merchandising within a global premium/luxury fashion brand.

  • Proven experience leading global styling direction across multiple retail channels.

  • Strong understanding of commercial retail environments and consumer behavior.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate creative vision into scalable global execution.

  • Experience managing and developing teams at a senior level.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple global initiatives.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and visual communication tools.

  • Willingness to travel globally as required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Fashion Styling, Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design or related field.

  • Strong creative eye with exceptional understanding of silhouette, proportion, and styling hierarchy.

  • Deep understanding of brand storytelling and retail presentation strategy.

  • Commercial acumen with ability to balance creative vision and sales performance.

  • Ability to influence and align senior cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Strategic thinker with high attention to detail.

  • Experience working across omni-channel retail environments.

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven global environment.

  • Capability in using key soft wear keynote, power point and in design.

Pay Range:$147,500---$199,200

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. PVH is committed to providing a market-competitive total rewards package to eligible associates, which includes diverse and robust health and insurance benefits to meet the varied needs of our associates and an above-market 401(k) contribution to help our associates save for retirement. We also offer career growth opportunities, empowering our associates to design their future at PVH.

Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible. This role is equity eligible.
