Team Overview

The ShareAble team sits within TransUnion’s Global Solutions organization in Consumer Solutions, which delivers direct-to-consumer credit monitoring, identity protection, and regulatory products which is lead by the Head of Emerging Products. ShareAble is an innovative product enabling consumers to securely share their data when it benefits them, while maintaining privacy and protection. This team plays a critical role in advancing TransUnion’s consumer-first strategy and collaborates broadly across Technology, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Compliance. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, prioritization, and roadmap for ShareAble.

  • Lead a team responsible for product innovation, execution, and ongoing product health. 

  • Develop and champion business cases and partner across functions to secure investment. 

  • Gather and translate customer insights into actionable product enhancements. 

  • Define product requirements, epics, and capabilities in partnership with engineering. 

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches. 

  • Act as a product evangelist across internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Monitor KPIs, customer feedback, costs, and competitive landscape. 

  • Manage product lifecycle including backlog prioritization and sunset strategies. 

  • Ensure compliance and maintain secure product infrastructure. 

    Required Knowledge and Experiences

    • Required Knowledge and Experiences 

    • Deep experience in product strategy and product management (preferably consumer-facing). 

    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. 

    • Ability to influence stakeholders across matrixed organizations. 

    • 10+ years business experience, including 5+ years in product-related roles. 

    • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. 

    Required Technical Skills 

    • Experience translating business needs into technical product requirements. 

    • Strong data analysis capabilities to evaluate product performance. 

    • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle tools.

    Pay Scale Information:

    The U.S. base salary range for this position is $168,750.00 - $281,250 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
