Provide financial direction to the site to ensure all resources are leveraged effectively to deliver continuous growth in both revenue and Profitability.
May perform supervisory responsibilities to include interviewing, hiring, performance evaluation, discipline and other related functions
Drive change across the organization to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and Gross Margin accretion year on year.
Ensure all investments in people, equipment, time, and other resources are adequately vetted to deliver adequate return on investment.
Lead the implementation of new process and KPIs across the organization that drive improvements in the key financial matrix.
Contribute to financial & business strategy and longer-term profitability goals.
Lead the annual budget cycle and target setting process.
Reporting on plant manufacturing performance
Performs a variety of other related tasks, as required.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.
• A minimum of ten years of responsible related experience to include four years of supervisory experience.
• Experience operating as a business partner to non-finance functions.
• Experience running a manufacturing or other business an advantage.
• Ability to keenly discern non-value added efforts and think outside of the box.
• Results-focused - understands what is important to senior management and the wider community of employees.
• Ability to lead and drive change across a large organization.
• Strong communication skills, present data in a meaningful way to non-finance groups
• Strong influencing skills with ability to motivate others.
• Operationally astute with strong analytical skills
• Highly motivated and dynamic
• Ability to work well with others in performing a variety of tasks.

The risk category explains whether or not employees are likely to come into contact with blood or body fluids while performing their jobs. Risk category III states employment and procedures that do not require exposure.
