Job Requirements
What will you do?

  • Leading the Global Finance team including Corporate Accounting team, Core Finance teams (EU and ROW) and Global payroll team (currently 19 people)
  • Develop and implement processes and guidelines to support the accounting standards within the Finance department and with cross functional teams as well (such as ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 350-40, tax accounting, etc)
  • Supervise the consolidated periodic financial statement close process (monthly, quarterly, and annually) in accordance with US GAAP and UK GAAP and creating reporting package to the management and the investors
  • Supervise the Audit process with external auditors
  • Supervise the statutory reportings per local regulations (local tax returns, consumption taxes, sales tax, etc.)
  • Analysis of Company's financial results with respect to profits, trends and costs
  • Managing global expansion financial and tax aspects including discovery, implementation and compliance of local reporting regulations
  • Design and management of treasury activities including treasury operation, investments strategy and operations, hedging and cash flow
  • Design and implement solutions, policies and tools to support internal and cross organizational processes to build scalable and sustainable processes, create efficiencies, streamline accounting operations and improve accuracy and timeliness of reporting
  • Develop and implement controls over the financial reporting process, including process design and management of ongoing execution as well as SOX and ITGC
  • Enabling financial processes both internally and cross organizational
  • Collaborating with your colleagues Director of Global Tax, Director of Global Revenue Finance Operation, Finance Operation Managers, FP&A, MIS and Global teams leadership expanding knowledge and supporting cross organization initiations
  • Serve as a focal point to all Global teams leadership to provide feedback regarding financial aspects of their activities
