Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) professional to join our Business Analysis team and spearhead BI initiatives within the finance domain. In this key role, you will design and develop advanced financial data models to support in-depth analysis, performance monitoring, and actionable insights for our finance operations.
You will collaborate closely with finance stakeholders, R&D teams, and senior management to understand business needs, identify opportunities for process improvements, and deliver data-driven solutions. You will also proactively explore and recommend innovative approaches to enhance financial reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.
Job Requirements
What you bring
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computing science, statistics, or a related field
• 4+ years of analytical experience - Must
• 2+ years of experience as a BI developer
• SQL high proficiency - Must
• Proven ability to communicate technical insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficient in DWH methodologies and best practices - Must
• Experience in designing, building, and maintaining data flows
• Experience with BI reporting platforms (preferably Tableau)
• Experience in financial analysis and data modeling - Advantage
