At Charter Steel, Finance is more than a reporting function. It is a true partner to the business. We are looking for a strategic finance leader who can help shape the direction of our business, bring strong financial and business acumen to important decisions, and work collaboratively across functions to turn strategy into action.
This leader will play an important role in helping Charter Steel plan for both today and the future, leading short- and long-term forecasting, annual business planning, financial analysis and reporting, and the monthly financial close. We are looking for someone who can understand the business beyond the numbers. Someone who can connect financial insight to business strategy, challenge thinking constructively, identify opportunities and help leaders make informed decisions.
Just as important, we are looking for an exceptional people leader.
