The Role

Are you a Director, Federal Compliance looking to operate at the highest levels of integrity and transparency, while developing and implementing robust set of reporting, processes, and tools that will be used to ensure consistent, repeatable, and scalable performance across the Federal organization? You are responsible for compliance of all federal laws and regulations in support of large deals in response to RFP's, RFI's, bids and solicitations across Federal, state and Local entities.

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Charter legal in all NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontract agreements NDAs with vendors/suppliers.
  • Utilize outstanding critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills to quickly identify roadblocks, present simple solutions to complex challenges, and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Effectively negotiate with both clients, partners and internal stakeholders to ensure proper contractual terms and regulatory compliance.

  • Fifteen or more years of Federal FAR/DFAR expertise - contracts/legal/compliance; Ten or more years of Corporate and contract compliance experience, Leadership of multiple cross-functional teams, Telephony or data industry experience; Seven or more years of Supply Chain Risk Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or operations or equivalent experience
  • NIST Compliance, Supply Chain Risk Management
  • Cross-functional management skills with an ability to motivate others, both internal and external to the company, Exceptional analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and external groups, both orally and in writing.
  • : Ability to travel up to 20% of the time. Must have valid driver's license.
