Job Description:
The Director, Digital Finance leads the digital transformation agenda for the Finance function across Mars Snacking North America (MSNA). This role is accountable for defining and executing the North America Finance digital roadmap, ensuring scalable, standardized, and insight‑driven Finance capabilities across commercial, supply, and corporate Finance domains. The role serves as a strategic partner to the CFO and Finance Leadership Team, enabling improved decision‑making, efficiency, and financial control across a ~$15B business.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with Finance technology and digital platforms (e.g., planning and performance management, analytics/BI, process automation, and/or ERP-enabled Finance capabilities), including translating business needs into scalable solutions.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Finance transformation, digital enablement, or enterprise program leadership.
- Proven experience leading large, complex transformation initiatives within a global, matrixed organization, preferably in CPG or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end Finance processes including FP&A, IBP, Record‑to‑Report, and commercial finance.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change without direct authority.
- Experience partnering with IT, Digital, and Data teams to deliver scalable, sustainable Finance solutions.
- Strong strategic thinking, execution discipline, and results orientation.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Own and execute the North America Finance digital transformation roadmap aligned with Global Finance Digital strategy and enterprise standards, serving as the primary liaison to Global Finance Digital, Enterprise Technology, and Data teams to ensure alignment, prioritization, and delivery.
- Collaborate with finance sub-functions to identify, ideate and prioritize opportunities to enhance digital capabilities and automation within the region
- Lead the Finance transformation PMO for North America, including portfolio governance, delivery discipline, risk management, and benefits realization tracking.
- Lead the vision and delivery of a Finance “Command Center” innovation lab to pilot emerging technologies, build proof‑of‑value use cases, and scale solutions that modernize Finance decision support. Develop and execute the forward-looking Finance technology roadmap and enable the Finance community through training and adoption.
- Close collaboration with Finance leaders across FP&A, IBP, Commercial Finance, Supply Finance, and Controllership to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions.
- Lead the functional designs on advanced financial insights, analytics, and planning capabilities to improve speed, quality, and predictability of decision‑making.
- Drive standardization, simplification, and automation across end‑to‑end Finance processes.
- Provide executive‑level reporting and progress updates to the CFO and North America Finance Leadership Team.
- Promote the adoption of new technologies, global solutions, and best practices within the North America region through proactive communication forums including training sessions, capabilities building, team meetings, etc.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
