What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end regional demand planning and execution, aligning Sales, Marketing, and Alliances to deliver a predictable, qualified pipeline.
- Use analytics to monitor performance of demand programs and ensure alignment with revenue goals and pipeline health metrics.
- Develop targeted sales plays and outreach strategies tailored to market conditions and specific business objectives.
- Host and facilitate Demand Boards to align stakeholders and ensure ongoing coordination of efforts.
- Provide insights to leadership on forecasting, demand trends, and opportunities for optimization across the ecosystem.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- Experience in B2B demand generation, with a proven track record of leading integrated strategies across functions.
- Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on cross-functional alignment and stakeholder influence.
- Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Business, Engineering); MBA or equivalent strongly preferred.
